Snapsudz Homes Limited (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through snapsudz.com, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).
When you fill our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message. When you call, email or chat with us on WhatsApp we receive the details you choose to share.
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, deliver services you request and keep records required by law. Our lawful bases are your consent and the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with staff and service providers who need it to serve you (for example our email and web hosting providers), or where the law requires it.
Our website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages show embedded YouTube videos and Google Maps; those services may set their own cookies when you load them, under their own privacy policies.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, and client records for as long as the law requires.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@snapsudz.com. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
